Tim James, a loan officer with First Microloan of West Virginia, discussed loans, microloans and other financing options for current and prospective business owners during the Tri-State Business Boot Camp on Wednesday at the Chester City Building. James was one of several speakers at the two-hour interactive workshop, which provided guests with skills, knowledge and tools needed to start, expand or grow businesses. Among the workshop sessions held were developing a business plan, financing your business, social media marketing and business networking.
